SW TITLE PROS was built by long-time title professionals just like you that were looking to advance their careers in the industry.   While there are a lot of placement services out there to help in general employment, the founders of SW TITLE PROS realized there were special considerations, requirements and needs for placing skilled title people that differed from other professions.  To help a title pro advance, it takes a placement specialist that's been a title pro themselves.

That's how we started: Helping folks just like yourself advance their careers through our title contacts.  As we grew, it became necessary to work on a national scale, and so now SW TITLE PROS places title professionals in most major cities.

Along the way, another thing became obvious, and that's the necessity of signing bonuses.  Some employers offer them, and some don't.  At SW TITLE PROS, we often use a portion of our fee as a signing bonus for the employee.  Obviously amounts and specifics depend on the candidate's resume as well as the desired position, so talk to your placement specialist for details.  Don't forget to also ask about our referral rewards program.
